How I use your details
I use your name, email address, business name and message only to reply to you, arrange meetings, tell you about my services, and keep in touch before and after a contract. I do not give your details to third parties without your consent, unless the law requires it.
Where your message is stored
Your message is emailed to me, and a copy is sent to the email address you enter. It is stored in my business database (Neon) for 2 years from the date I receive it, and then deleted. If the database is unavailable, it is stored in the storage of the hosting service (Netlify) and deleted after the same period. Encrypted backups may keep it for up to 90 more days. These cloud services are provided by companies in the United States, and the data is stored mainly in the United States (the database server is in Ohio). Only I can access the stored data.
Spam protection and analytics
To block automated spam, the form uses Cloudflare Turnstile. The site uses Google Analytics 4 to see how pages are used. If you arrive from an ad on Google or YouTube, or on Facebook, information that identifies the ad click is used to measure the ad. What you type into the form is never included in analytics or ad measurement.
